DRM provides a full range of commercial building and facilities engineering services for new and existing facilities, including heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing, and fire protection systems. These services are utilized on a variety of projects ranging from convention center complexes, high-rise office structures, to multi-family apartment buildings, assisted living facilities, and senior citizen homes and industrial facilities. 

Our engineers have been called upon to address environmental safety issues and have been involved in building retrofit projects, performing building inspections, and preparing reports assessing current operating conditions and estimated replacement costs. Redesigning existing systems and designing new systems for building renovations, including facility management systems and preventive maintenance schedules, also have been an important part of our work.
